Challenges & Key Learnings
A key challenge lay in balancing a product-heavy showcase page with fast load times and clean mobile responsiveness. Generating clear paths for three different types of doors and windows, plus integrating loan rebates, could easily overwhelm users. I resolved this by grouping financing options in a simple tabbed view and structuring the consultation flow into an intuitive 4-step sequence, which significantly reduced drop-off rates on mobile screens.
